ORDERING
How far ahead should I order?
We appreciate at least 24 hours’ notice for catering orders whenever possible. If you need something sooner, give us a call and we’ll do our best to help.
Can I order same day?
We can usually accommodate many same-day orders, depending on the size of the order and what you need. Please call the store to check availability. 423-353-1100
How do I place a catering order?

What catering menu items do you offer?
We offer boxed lunches, sandwich and wrap trays, pulled pork and baked potato bars, pork taco bars, grilled chicken sandwich bars, pulled pork sandwich bars, salads, desserts, and drinks.
Is there a minimum order size?
There is no dollar amount minimum for most catering menu orders. Boxed lunches have a 10-box minimum. For smaller groups, we can often help with lunch and dinner menu items or smaller group orders. Give us a call and we’ll help you figure out the best option.
PICK UP, DELIVERY & SETUP
Do you offer pickup and delivery?
Yes. Catering orders are available for pickup or delivery. Delivery requires a $150 minimum order before tax and delivery fee. Orders may come from our Catering Menu or Lunch & Dinner Menu.
Do you offer setup?
Yes. Basic buffet-style setup is included with delivery, depending on the order and delivery location. Additional setup fees may apply for larger or more complex events.
What areas do you deliver to?
Delivery fees vary by distance. We deliver locally around Morristown and to many surrounding areas, including Greenville, Grainger County, Rogersville, and Sevierville. Please call us to confirm delivery to your location. 423-353-1100
When is catering available?
Catering is available Monday through Saturday, 10am to 8pm.
Do you provide utensils, plates, napkins, and serving supplies?
Yes. We provide the basics you need for a complete catering setup. Disposable chafing dishes may be added for an additional fee if you need hot entrées kept warm for a longer event.
MENU & GROUP NEEDS
What should I order for a group?
We’re happy to help you choose the right amount and mix of food for your group. Boxed lunches, trays, hot food bars, salads, sides, desserts, and drinks can all be combined to fit your event.
Do you offer vegetarian and gluten-friendly options?
Yes. We offer several vegetarian and gluten-friendly options. Please note that our kitchen is not gluten-free, so cross-contact is possible.
Can I mix boxed lunches, platters, hot food, and sweets?
Yes. You can mix and match catering menu items to fit your group.
What kind of events do you cater?
We cater office lunches, meetings, trainings, school events, home celebrations, tailgates, weddings, rehearsal dinners, and other gatherings. If you’re not sure whether your event is a fit, just ask - we’ll help you figure it out.
CHANGES & OTHER QUESTIONS
Can I change my order?
Yes, we can usually accommodate changes up to 24 hours in advance. For last-minute changes, please call us as soon as possible and we’ll do what we can.
What if my headcount changes?
Call or email us as soon as you know. We can usually make adjustments, depending on the timing and size of the change.
Is there a cancellation fee?
We understand that plans change. We typically do not charge a cancellation fee, but same-day cancellations must be made at least 3 hours before pickup or delivery to help us avoid wasting food.
How do I ask a question about an existing order or make changes?

Can I use gift cards for catering?
Yes, Redbud Deli gift cards can be used for catering orders.
